If you find an item listed as available in our catalog but it is missing from the shelf, please fill out this form. We will search for the item and notify you if we find it or if we need to purchase a replacement. Additionally, if you would like to request the missing item through interlibrary loan, please add a note to the ILL request form indicating that the item is missing from the shelf.
